Whilst we hve kept most of our prices umchanged for the last few years recent regrettably the significant increases in postal costs have to be passed on

Our charges for post and packing are as follows:

Belts and small and medium size bags £5

Large Bags - £9

Goods are despatched via First Class Post.

Deliveries abroad will be charged at cost. Please enquire before purchase.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5 working days, however non stock items will be despatched within 7 to 10 days to allow time for making them. 

 Please note that during busy periods such as August and December made to order bags may take longer.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by phone or email before we have dispatched the goods to you.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, as will the cost of mailing exchange goods unless this is due to a fault on our part .

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit .

Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, or exchange of goods if required.

The rights to return goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
